Symptom: When trying to log in to the helpdesk, the redirect chain takes the user back to the login page, in an infinite loop.
Reason: Zammad identifies users based on the email address it receives from MyAccessID. We add users as firstname.lastname@domain . If the user changes their primary email address in MyAccessID, it does not match any of the users on the list in Zammad.
Solution: Change the main email to firstname.lastname@domain in MyAccessID
