Issue with authenticating Malaysian users

    The ReadID App will successfully verify a Malaysian user. However, owing to the way names are recorded in Malaysian passports, the "given name" field is empty.

    As a result the user is unable to authenticate successfully with MyAccessID.

    There is currently no solution to this issue.
